Open Office 3, finally available

Since Friday, news of the release of the final version of have flourished on the net. Fourth release of the , is currently available in French for Windows and Linux (Mac users will wait a bit).

New in this latest release are numerous:

- Support for ODF and Microsoft Office 2007.
- A start page to quickly create documents of any kind.
- Displaying multiple pages side by side in Writer.
- New system of notes that appear in the margin.
- A tool for equation solving in Calc.
- Improving the graphics Calc.
- Improving the image crop tool.
- Improving export to HTML.
- Etc., etc..
